JERSEY MODE spa has activated a channel for receiving reports of offenses to the detriment of the Company, people or material assets, as well as other organizations, bodies or people connected to the Company itself.
Therefore, a "Responsible for the Management of Reports" has been appointed, identified in the person of Mr. Gianluca Cartei to whom the reports must be sent, according to the following methods:
- Oral reporting: Telephone or in person (in a private environment);
- Written report: via registered letter addressed to the Company to the attention of the "Responsible for Report Management"
The report must contain at least the following information to be considered admissible:
-The personal details and contact details of the person making the report, also for the purpose of providing feedback on the matter;
-The personal details or other elements that allow identifying the person to whom the reported facts can be attributed;
-The circumstances of time and place in which the event which is the subject of the report occurred and therefore, a description of the facts which are the subject of the report, which contains the details relating to the circumstantial information and, where present, also the methods through which the reporting person became aware of the facts;
- Any supporting documentation or evidence.
For greater convenience, a specific FORM is made available
The personal data of the reporter will not be disclosed in any way and will be processed in compliance with the legislation for the protection of privacy in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, GDPR.
